Growth Product Managers at Matrimony.Com are responsible for driving sustainable business growth by optimizing the customer journey across acquisition, activation, engagement, retention, referral, and monetization. They leverage customer insights, data analytics, experimentation, and product innovation to identify growth opportunities and improve key business metrics.
As the voice of the customer and the business, Growth Product Managers work closely with Engineering, Design, Analytics, Marketing, CRM, and Business teams to build and optimize product experiences that accelerate user growth and maximize customer lifetime value across mobile apps, mobile web, and desktop platforms.
