Customer Marketing Lead
We’re looking for a marketing professional to own Tradify’s customer marketing and lifecycle strategy. This role focuses on retention, engagement, and growth – deepening customer relationships, reducing churn, and driving expansion revenue.
Day‑to‑day, you will:
- Develop and own the global customer marketing strategy aligned to ANZ & UK priorities
- Design and lead lifecycle programmes across the customer journey – from trial, renewal, and advocacy – including case studies, reviews, and customer stories
- Create targeted campaigns to improve onboarding, reduce churn, and drive feature adoption
- Partner with Product & Customer Service to inform messaging and support product‑led growth
- Manage marketing automation and performance reporting to optimise customer communications
