Elevate customer engagement and problem-solving as a Customer Metering Specialist at Alectra. This hybrid role focuses on investigating meter installation issues and enhancing the customer experience.
In this full-time role based in Brampton, Markham, or Vaughan, you will support the deployment of AMI 2.0 meters for Alectra’s 1.1 million clients. Your responsibilities will include working directly with customers to address installation exceptions, analyzing data trends, and driving process improvements. Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure effective meter installations and customer satisfaction.
