• Serve as the first point of contact for walk‑in and phone enquiries from parents and students.
• Assist with class scheduling, enrolments, and course‑related administrative support.
• Maintain accurate student records and update databases regularly.
• Handle payment collection, issue receipts, and manage basic finance‑related tasks.
• Support teachers and centre operations to ensure a smooth learning environment.
