Customer relations executive

Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic, sales-oriented, and customer-focused sales & marketing executive to join our growing Consumer team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing inbound and outbound sales interactions, engaging with potential and existing customers, and driving revenue growth across subscriptions, memberships, and other consumer products/services offered by the company.
This role requires strong communication skills, sales acumen, relationship management capabilities, and the ability to understand customer needs and convert interactions into successful sales opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
Inbound & Outbound Sales:
Manage inbound customer inquiries and conduct outbound sales calls to promote subscriptions, memberships, consumer products, campaigns, and other company offerings.
