Roles & Responsibilities
- Handle residents' enquiries & feedback
- Liaise with HDB / contractors
- Manage schedules & appointments
- Support admin & documentation
- Follow up on defects & ensure closure
- Manage hotline / counter enquiries
- Minimum GCE “A” Level qualification
- 2–3 years of Public Relations experience (HIP projects preferred)
- Able to communicate effectively in English and one other official language
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Annual Leave provided
