Customer Relations Officer

Core responsibilities: Handle and resolve conflicts, feedback and complains pertaining to the construction projects. Plan and launch public relation programs such as: preparing circulars, letters and notices to public and/or tenants/ residence. Attend dialogue sessions with the Client, Resident Committees, Citizens' Consultative Committees, Town Councils and any party as directed. Attend and provide administrative assistance and logistic support in Construction Working Committee meeting, as and when directed by the SO Representative. Conduct regular visits to residents/tenants affected by the works to gather feedback and keep them posted of work schedule changes and impact.
