The Customer Relationship Associate (CRA) will need to connect with customers, solve their complaints and issues, take feedback from them as required, and seek their testimonials at studios and exhibitions/events within and outside Mumbai. 

Qualification

- Prior 1-2 years experience preferable

- Good Communication skills (Hindi, Marathi, and English)

- She/He should be able to use social media platforms like WhatsApp, Facebook, and Instagram.

- Develop client relationship Database and nurture new relationships.
