We are a leading saree brand based in Mumbai and are looking for a Communication Associate to join our team.

Location: Vile Parle East, Mumbai

Job Type: Full-Time

Work From Home is not possible

Responsibilities:

•⁠ ⁠Handling customer queries on WhatsApp, Instagram, and Facebook

•⁠ ⁠Resolving customer concerns and providing timely assistance

•⁠ ⁠Communicating with customers over calls and messages

•⁠ ⁠Assisting and interacting with walk-in customers at the store

•⁠ ⁠Ensuring a positive customer experience across all touchpoints
