• Building and refining internal AI assistants (e.g., Gems), structuring and maintaining knowledge bases, experimenting with tools like NotebookLM, and improving AI-driven workflows through testing, prompt design, and performance analysis.
• Creation and translation of content to support the team with their clients and communication.
• Assist in reporting and pipeline tracking to support performance monitoring.
• Support the team with the creation, maintenance, and optimization of workflows in HubSpot.
• Contribute to the creation, update, and improvement of dashboards and reports in Salesforce.
• Contribute to the creation, maintenance, and updates of the team’s internal website.
