Opportunity Description


Job Responsibilities

  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone
    calls.
  • Provide basic and accurate information
    in-person and via phone/email.
  • Receive, sort and distribute daily mail /
    deliveries.
  • Provide general support to visitors.
  • Act as a point of contact for internal and
    external clients.
  • Handle daily administrative tasks such as
    scheduling, filing, and data entry.
  • Assist in the coordination of meetings and
    events, including booking rooms and arranging refreshments.
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and place
    orders as needed.

    Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
