What you’ll be doing:
A detail-oriented role for someone who enjoys investigation and resolution. As an Admin Advisor, you'll handle the more complex back-office queries that require system access, fraud awareness, and careful case management.
- Investigate and resolve missing or failed payment queries.
- Manage courier disputes, claims, and tracking escalations — liaising with SEKO, FedEx, and DHL as required.
- Review, flag, and action suspected fraudulent orders within the same business day.
- Handle chargebacks and payment disputes accurately and within SLA.
