You’ll be supporting a manager who values clarity, pace and reliability, and you’ll play a key part in ensuring customers receive a smooth, well‑managed experience.This role requiresmitment through September and beyond, so it will not suit someone returning to education.What you’ll be doing

Customer case handling — responding to concerns by phone or email and progressing each case within SLA

Contractor coordination — issuing instructions to subcontractors and ensuring work ispleted promptly

Remedial tracking — following up outstanding tasks and drivingpletion within a 28‑day window

Customermunication — providing clear updates, empathy and a positive experience throughout
