The Customer Service Advisor – Care & Wellbeing Hub (Carers) plays a vital role in supporting unpaid carers across Lincolnshire by delivering compassionate, person-centred advice and guidance through the Care & Wellbeing Hub. The role requires resilience, empathy, sound judgement, and the ability to manage sensitive and emotionally challenging conversations.
