As a Member Experience Associate, you'll manage member concerns proactively and provide stellar support to cafe and pro-shop operations. Your responsibilities include maintaining the cleanliness of the facility and staying informed about club programs, products, and services to enhance member enjoyment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Resolve member concerns swiftly and effectively
• Deliver exceptional service in the cafe and pro-shop
• Maintain cleanliness and safety protocols consistently
• Promote club services and programs to members
• Handle all sales transactions accurately
Requirements:
• High School Diploma or equivalent experience
• 1+ years in customer service or related field
• Current CPR & First Aid certification required
• Customer service certifications preferred
