To continue our standard of excellence, Piedmont is seeking a motivated, reliable professional to join our team as a Customer Service Agent in our Ground Handling Department. The primary responsibility of the position is assisting passengers in boarding/disembarking flights, operating the Jetway, monitoring computerized passenger boarding, and guiding/parking aircraft. The successful candidate will be able to successfully complete the Customer Service Agent training course, be able to lift seventy (70) pounds, and work outside in all weather conditions.
