:What you’ll be doing:
Supporting customer through different channels (inbound calls and messages)
Analysing and solving customer’s queries
Sharing information on administrative and technical requests (products, invoices, etc.)
Making changes to the system
Forwarding faults or calls to other departments
Skills you need to succeed:
German at min. C1 level
Customer oriented attitude
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Good knowledge of MS Office
Willingness to work in two shifts between 8am and 10pm, Monday-Sunday, 5 days a week, 40 hours per week
