Key Responsibilities
Handle full set of import and export documents.Handle enquiries from customers, via telephone or email for transportation by air and sea, and provide quotations.Manage day-to-day operations and transactions.Good communication with internal/external parties to ensure correct understanding of different service requirements.Strictly follow company standard operations procedures.Handle the key account customers according to SOP's and escalate special cases to the Department Manager in a timely manner.Provide reports and statistics to key account customers on a daily/monthly basis.
