Customer Service Assistant (Telephony)

To deliver excellent customer service via telephone and email to Tattoo audiences and ticket buyers.

Location Tattoo Office, 1-3 Cockburn Street and/or The Hub, Castlehill

This is a temporary position from 14 July 2026 to 29 August 2026 (with the possibility of an extension depending on our business needs and your availability).

You will work a minimum of 25 hours per week, usually between 11:30-16:30 Monday to Friday until 5 August. From 6 August, you will work a minimum of 39 hours per week, 11:30-18:30 Monday to Saturday.

In addition, there will be one evening of mandatory training which will take place in July and attendance at the Preview Performance on Thursday 6 August at 21:30.

To deliver excellent customer service via telephone and email, to assist our audience with enquiries and ticket sales on the lead up to their visit to The Edinburgh Castle Arena for the Tattoo.
