Customer Service Associate (Maternity Cover)

Principal Accountabilities Sales Order Processing (The following to be carried out on a timely basis): Receive and enter orders into the system, acknowledge customers' P.O.s on time For new customers, arrange with customer to complete credit application form, establish custom exemption status and freight arrangements where applicable. Update weekly delivery schedule & update open order items that already shipped. Update order quantities on MS/MRP. Liaise with customers on current and forecast orders, monitor status of ordering, inventory and outstanding accounts. Prepare shipping documentation, invoices, etc. for goods dispatch/delivery amendment and cancellation. Liaise with Production, Planning, Purchasing and Warehouse to ensure order fulfilled as per requirements e.g. timely delivery. Perform the above for sample requests where applicable.
