Opportunity Description
Key Responsibilities
- Manage documentation (quotations, sales orders, invoices, delivery orders, and purchase orders)
- Ensure proper packing of goods for delivery/export
- Follow up on quotations and customer inquiries
- Collaborate with internal teams to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction
- Monitor stock movement
- Handle ad-hoc tasks as assigned
- 2-3 years of experience in automotive sales
- Proficient in Accpac and MS Office
- Self-driven, independent, and able to multitask
- Technical knowledge of heavy vehicle spare parts
- Professional Certificate/Diploma or related field
- Customer service/sales admin experience will be an advantage
Mon to Fri, 9am to 6:15pm
