Opportunity Description

Overview

We’re recruiting for a Consultant to join our Group Protection team. This is a hybrid role with a minimum requirement to work 1 day per week in our Hove office, Monday–Friday during core hours 8:00–18:00. Salary £24,000 with the option to progress after 6 months, which may include a salary increase of up to 10%.

Responsibilities

  • Support the onboarding and continued scheme maintenance of Group Protection policies so we remain a top provider.
  • The tasks are varied, involving regular communication with colleagues, brokers and customers; this role includes administrative/processing work and you will be talking to customers and brokers on the phone too.
  • Dealing with all correspondence from internal and external customers, with attention to detail and pace so that the next tasks needed can be completed promptly.
