Luminator is seeking a Customer Service Coordinator who will serve as the primary contact for customers, vendors, and suppliersmanaging inquiries, supporting orders, tracking deliveries, and partnering with internal teams to ensure a smooth, efficient, and great overall customer experience. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, communicative, and committed to helping others.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support customers across phone, email, and Salesforce by handling inquiries, orders, complaints, and product details.
