Provide correct product information or alternative solutions as a proposal. Responsible for the customer service mailbox. Driving our solution based selling approach. What we are looking for SAP and Salesforce knowledge of a high level. Strong customer service skills are required. Experience of sales order management. Experience of building relationships with internal and external stakeholders and customers. Fluent Danish and English is required for this role to effectively communicate.
