Position Overview
Customer Service – part of the Solutions and Services BPA organization.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate the order treatment with appropriate internal customers: Solution Sales Account Managers, Project Manager, SDM, Finance departments.
- Take total ownership of customer orders from the Purchase Order receipt to delivery invoicing and cash collection.
Main Activities / Tasks
- Act as main interface for Solution Sales Account Managers (and customers for specific activities) finance and project management/SDM during order treatment process.
- Organise kick off meeting (Engagement Review) at purchase order reception for large or non‑recurrent projects with all solution actors: Project Manager, Solution Sales and Finance (Change Point or Oracle Engagement reviews).
