Pre-Sales Conduct quality product training and technical guidance to customer to resolve technical problems (both software & hardware) Build quality relationship with customers and managers Provide in house technical support to sales staff Leading the design of the program for the customer Constantly collect and feedback on customers and market's demand toward company's products Product related testing as per customer application requirement After-Sales After-sales technical support (training, maintenance, hands-on repair, remote support) Feedback product related issues to research and development personnel for improvement Summarize issues and organize them into technical questions on reporting Develop and produce quality guidelines materials as per customer requirement Non-technical requirements: Good written and spoken communication skills, be able to report to supervisor in oversea Support focus mind, capable to solve / simplify customer challenges Willing to learn and patience when...
