Customer Service Engineer (Semiconductor Manufacturing / Vision System)

Responsibilities
Perform assembly, installation, setup, and commissioning of semiconductor equipment at customer sites. Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair mechanical, electrical, and optical issues to ensure optimal machine performance. Execute machine upgrades, calibration, and customer buy-off testing according to technical specifications. Provide technical support to customers via on-site service, remote calls, and user training. Prepare service reports, maintain documentation, and ensure compliance with safety and operational standards. Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Mechatronics, or related Engineering field. Minimum 2-4 years of experience supporting semiconductor equipment, high-precision/automated machine. Strong knowledge of semiconductor machines, inspection systems, or vision system.
