Customer Service Executive, Airfreight & Cross Trade

Remuneration Package: Up to $4,500 + AWS + Variable Bonus Working Hours: Mon-Fri (9am-6pm), Alternate Saturday (9am-6pm) Working Location: East - Company Transport Provided at Multiple Pick-Up Points Key Responsibilities Coordinate closely with overseas offices to ensure smooth shipment execution Manage cross trade shipments and Purchase Order (PO) processes from start to completion Respond promptly to customer enquiries and provide timely shipment updates Verify shipping documents (AWB/BL) and ensure compliance with regulations Monitor shipment profitability, validate rates, and ensure accurate billing Investigate service issues and propose corrective actions Track shipments, provide flight/vessel updates, and ensure on-time delivery Prepare reports and participate in customer meetings Ensure compliance with customer SOPs, operational procedures, and QHSE standards Key Requirements Minimum 2 years of customer service experience in freight forwarding Knowledge of sea freight is require...
