They need a professional and capable individual to be the first point of contact, handling inquiries, resolving complaints, providing product and service information and ensuring a positive customer experience.
The duties of the customer services exec, include:
Responding promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, live chat. Providing accurate information regarding products, services and pricing etc. Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers through courteous and empathetic interactions.
