Opportunity Description
The Customer Service Executive will handle post sales buyer relationships, contract execution, and the end to end customer journey. This role is critical in maintaining the high standards expected by buyers within our ultra premium residential portfolio.
Key Responsibilities- Act as the primary point of contact for property buyers, ensuring an elite level of communication and responsiveness throughout the ownership lifecycle.
- Manage the administration of SPA contracts, assignment agreements, and property registration processes in compliance with Dubai Land Department regulations.
- Facilitate the payment collection process, financial reconciliation conversations, and notice issuance in coordination with the finance team.
