Opportunity Description

Company is seeking a highly responsible, committed, and proactive Customer Service Executive to join our growing team. This position is suitable for candidates who enjoy customer interaction, case coordination, administration, reporting, and problem‑solving. The successful candidate will work closely with the Directors and play an important role in ensuring smooth customer service operations and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer enquiries via WhatsApp, phone calls, email, and other communication channels.
  • Follow up with customers regarding appointments, documentation, vehicle collection, and case progress.
  • Provide accurate and professional information regarding company services and processes.
  • Manage customer expectations and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth case progression.
