Job Responsibilities
- Input, verify and confirm customer orders and forecast.
- Handle customers' enquiries and process orders and monitor delivery status to ensure resolution to customer satisfaction.
- Liaise with factories to ensure that our requests for supplies are met.
- Liaise and coordinate shipping efforts between customers, Omron NSC, factories, warehouse and third party suppliers.
- Provide daily administration support duties including updating of reports, documents, controls and filing.
- Ensure timely reporting and monitoring of inventory and backlog status.
