Job Description
Manage daily operations of the service office to ensure a well-organized and efficient work environment
Coordinate with office tenants and vendors to address their needs and maintain positive working relationships
Order and maintain adequate office supplies to support uninterrupted office activities
Process basic invoicing accurately and timely to support financial record keeping
Communicate effectively in Mandarin to assist Mandarin-speaking clients and stakeholders
Job Requirements
Experience in customer service to enhance tenant and vendor interactions
Positive attitude and professional demeanor to contribute to a welcoming office atmosphere
Proficiency in Mandarin to facilitate clear communication with Mandarin-speaking clients
