Opportunity Description
Adecco is partnering with an Italian industrial battery manufacturer and we are looking for a Customer Service Executive to join their business permanently! Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, the successful incumbent will handle order processing activities through SAP and liaise with the manufacturing plant, warehouse and forwarders to ensure cargo ships out to customers on time.
The Job:- Respond promptly to customer queries, handle complaints, and elevate issues as necessary. Liaise with colleagues for solutions, track resolutions, and follow up with customers.
- Process orders using SAP (SD module) , verify stocks, manage priorities/emergencies, and organize shipments, including import/export documentation (e.g., delivery notes, bills of lading, certificates of origin).
