Opportunity Description
As a Customer Service & Front Desk Assistant, you will be the first point of contact for our company.
Duties include offering administrative support across the organization.
You will welcome guests and greet people who visit the business.
You will also coordinate front-desk activities, including distributing correspondence and redirecting phone calls.
To be successful as a Customer Service & Front Desk Assistant, you should have a warm and friendly personality, as this is also a customer service role.
You will aid our customer service lead with processing orders received via phone, email, and internet.
Maintain detailed records in our CRM system, help collect payment to ensure orders ship in a timely manner.
