Customer Service & Logistic Coordinator

Parrotdog was conceived in 2011 out of a love for good beer by three guys named Matt. From our brewery in Lyall Bay we continue what they started, making approachable and award-winning beer. We're now one of Aotearoa's largest independent breweries, with a team spanning production, wholesale, and our onsite bar and restaurant.

The Role:

We're on the hunt for a Customer Service & Logistics Coordinator to be the key day-to-day customer-facing role at Parrotdog. Sitting within the Logistics team and working closely with Sales, you'll manage inbound enquiries, process orders, support the Sales team, and own freight claims and customer credits end-to-end.
