Your Role

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing customer service support according to the scope of work and service level requirements
  • Ensuring call quality and quantitative standards are met
  • Meeting customer care needs and resolving issues in a timely fashion

About You

The company is looking for:

  • Excellent English communication skills
  • Open to college graduates with or without BPO experience
  • Also open to high school, senior high school graduates or college undergraduates with at least 2.5 years of BPO experience
  • Amenable to work on shifting schedules and during holidays if needed
  • Willing to work in Cebu City, Cebu
