Key responsibilities include:
- Providing customer service support according to the scope of work and service level requirements
- Ensuring call quality and quantitative standards are met
- Meeting customer care needs and resolving issues in a timely fashion
About You
The company is looking for:
- Excellent English communication skills
- Open to college graduates with or without BPO experience
- Also open to high school, senior high school graduates or college undergraduates with at least 2.5 years of BPO experience
- Amenable to work on shifting schedules and during holidays if needed
- Willing to work in Cebu City, Cebu
