This role focuses on providing real-time support to passengers using autonomous vehicles, ensuring their safety, resolving issues, and handling incidents with clear communication. It also involves improving passenger experience through feedback, education, and close coordination with internal safety and operations teams.

Responsibilities
  • Provide real-time support to passengers via hotline or in-vehicle communication
  • Help resolve issues such as route confusion, delays, or unfamiliar system use
  • Act as the first responder during incidents , keeping passengers calm and informed
  • Handle emergency situations and coordinate with safety teams when needed
