Customer Service Officer
Roster: Initial casual contract with potential to move to permanent direct with the client| Working Monday to Friday, 11.00 am to 7.00pm Onsite
Location: Northgate, QLD
Responsibilities:
- Mix of Customer Service & Administration duties.
- Answering and directing incoming phone calls
- Dealing with complaints regarding services and providing solutions
- Rebooking of missed services
- Monitor & respond to email in shared mailboxes
- Booking scheduled services
- Dispute resolution
- Updating services with new information
Essential Requirements:
- Experience with Office 365 suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Previous call centre experience. Salesforce. (Desirable)
- Good work ethic & Self-motivated
