Customer Service Officer

About the role

Te Ngaengae Pool + Fitness are seeking a part-time permanent frontline stars (17 hours per week) to join our reception team to create a welcoming environment for our customers. You'll be greeting them and admitting them to the pool as well as assisting with general pool information making their visit to our facility a great one.

You also have the opportunity to assist the wider team with bookings, promotional material, while offering the best service to our large range of customers. You'll work alongside the wider Pool + Fitness team including Lifeguards and Learn to Swim Instructors located poolside.
