Opportunity Description
. Ensure highest standard of service delivery to tenants/ customer/ visitors.
. Handle first level enquires, through incoming calls, email or walk in
. Understand tenants/ customers/ visitors need and provide quick, accurate and satisfactory answer to their queries and concerns.
. Gather tenants, customers feedback and sentiments and escalate to the relevant parties for further actions
. Ensure proper documentation, notification, escalation, tracking and follow up of all interactions with tenants / customers
. Ensure smooth visitors registration.
. Assist and provides support for tenant events activities in the aspects of registration to ensure events organised by tenants within the building premises run smoothly.
. Manage car park application include promoting season parking
. Coordinating with relevant parties on tenant directory, digital panel, website and TV screen
