Tally of payment, SkillsFuture claim, invoice submissions Logistic support of training operations Liaison with external agencies on documents and submissions Follow-ups with trainees on document submission or claim issues etc Answering to telephone and email enquiries on training course Front counter duties handling customer query on training course Any adhoc duties assign Job Requirements Minimally GCE 'O' Level IT Knowledge, Microsoft Office skills (especially in Excel) Digital Website, i.e Skills Future Claims Candidates who are bi-lingual will be advantageous Good communication & interpersonal skills
