Customer Service Officer

• Proactively provide after-sales support and attend to customers' queries/complaints when necessary to maintain a long‑term relationship and ensure repeated business from existing customers.
• Build good rapport and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Ensure all activities are conducted with full adherence to regulations and in line with Quality standards.
