The Role
Adbri is seeking a Customer Service Officer to join our team based in Stapylton, Queensland.
This role is critical in ensuring the accurate, timely and professional coordination of customer orders, enquiries and deliveries across our concrete, aggregates and masonry products. You will act as a key point of contact between customers, sales and operations, helping deliver a seamless customer experience in a fast-paced, safety-focused environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders
- Process customer orders, quotes and enquiries accurately and efficiently
- Coordinate with sales and operational teams to ensure on-time product delivery
- Maintain accurate data entry across systems (SAP or similar)
