Opportunity Description
Customer Service Officer supports the Customer Service Supervisor in the overall customer account management.
- focuses on customer demand change, input forecast in system, create sales order and arrange delivery in time;
- works with the Project Manager and other departments to ensure customer requests are being addressed;
- provides system commit to customer demand;
- monitors forecast fluctuations, does waterfall analysis and gets impact to material exposure;
- secures KPI reports;
- performs data entry duties with regard to sales figures, metrics and other key data;
- participates in any audit required by the company;
- adheres to all information security and physical security policies and programs;
- follows health and safety standards; and
- performs other tasks as may be required by the immediate superior.
