Opportunity Description
We are looking for a meticulous and proactive Customer Service Officer to support our warehouse operations at Tuas.
He/She will be responsible for bridging the gap between physical inventory management and administrative documentation.
Job Responsibilities
- Customer Support : Attend and address customer inquiries promptly via phone and email.
- Order Management : Process work orders and handle full-cycle billing and invoicing.
- Inventory Control : Conduct periodic physical cycle counts to ensure stock integrity.
- Inbound/Outbound : Verify goods receiving and ensure the accurate release of outgoing inventories against documentation.
- General Support : Maintain organized records and assist in administrative multitasking.
Requirements
Skills : Proficient in Microsoft Office and inventory management software.
