Key Responsibilities: Working closely with our customer and internal operations team to ensure customer requirements are met and that any issues are flagged to customers in a timely manner. Fulfil customer relations and a range of associated administrative duties with accuracy and efficiency. Answering all queries via email, phone and face to face.
