Customer service & production planner

GENERAL SUMMARY The Production Planner owns the LATAM production operations tier of client-service responsibilities (daily comms, transparency, feedback loops, corrective actions, operational escalations) for one of our key global clients.

This role is responsible for running the regional production workflow – PMO standards, planning cadence, asset management, tooling/data hygiene, SLA/reporting – to ensure clean, predictable delivery and transparent client operations.

Cross-Functional Agency Integration: Responsible for day-to-day relationship with Mexico City production hubs and client marketing team
manage change control, calendars, and operating cadences
Tooling & data - own tool stack for the region; ensure data quality and version control; provide reconciliations and variance narratives with IPA/finance
