Opportunity Description
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Handle customer inquiries across multiple channels, including written correspondence
Provide accurate and timely solutions to technical issues, general enquiries, and product-related questions
Ensure every customer interaction is managed professionally and efficiently
Deliver high-quality service to enhance customer satisfaction
Support efforts to increase and maintain customer loyalty
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum SPM with 1 year of working experience in any field
Open to fresh graduates (Diploma and above)
Excellent communication in Bahasa Malaysia & Average in English
Able to work on rotational shifts, including public holidays & weekends
Immediate joiner will be an added advantage
REMARKS:
5 working days, 2 days off (Rotational)
Rotational shifts (07:00 - 16:00 | 08:00 - 17:00 | 15:00 - 00:00 | 23:00 - 08:00)
Training will be provided
