The Customer Service Representative serves as the primary liaison between the client and internal teams, ensuring that jobs are properly initiated, planned, executed, and monitored. This role facilitates job readiness, production scheduling, and delivery follow-up, while also supporting operational planning, resource coordination, and reporting.
